He has more than 35 years of experience in design and construction of large heavy water plants in India. He is an Energy Auditor certified by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency of India. In recognition of his achievements in the field of Energy conservation, he has been awarded Padma Shri by the President of India in2002. He is a chemical engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a post graduate in nuclear engineering. He was former Head, Nuclear Safety Division of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board. He has many years of experience in design, technical services, and regulation for safety of nuclear facilities. He has been a Consultant to International Atomic Energy Agency and Member States.

He is a post-graduate in technology from Kolkata University and former Associate Director (Simulators and Training), General Manager (HRD), Chief Engineer (Training) of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL).He has many years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD) function. He obtained special training in HRD and trainers’ training in leading institutes like ASCI, NITIE, XLRI, IIMB etc. and worked with IIMA, NTPC, MDI, NITIE, TMTC, NPC, AIMA, etc as an NPCIL management representative to facilitate their consultancy assignments from NPCIL.

He is an electrical engineering graduate and former Chief Engineer (Technical Training) of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. He has over twenty years of experience in maintenance of nuclear power plants particularly the process instrumentation and control for the primary heat transport system at Rajastan Atomic Power Station. Further, he has extensive experience in training of O&M personnel.

Jaiprakash Moolani
He is an electrical engineer and former Chief Engineer (Knowledge Management) of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. Earlier he was the Training superintendent at the RAPP Nuclear Training Centre. He was responsible for development and implementation of Systematic Approach to Training of personnel for NPP operation. He was also involved in selection, training, qualification and licensing of personnel for O&M for NPPs.

Dr. AK Kohli
He is a post graduate in Design of Mechanical Equipment and Ph. D., in Nuclear Tribology from IIT Delhi and former CEO of Board of Radiation and Isotope Technology (BRIT). Initially he worked on design and development of fuel handling equipment for PHWR and PFBR at BARC. He has worked on design of shipping casks and irradiation plants at BRIT. He was a Distinguished Scientist and Raja Ramanna Fellow.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and former Executive Director in NPCIL. He has 38 years’ experience in various aspects of BWR Nuclear Power Plants. Rajesh Kumar Laad
He is an electrical engineer and former Associate Director (Business Development) of NPCIL and has an overall experience of more than 36 years. He has an excellent understating of the designs of electrical systems and the interface of nuclear power plants with the grid covering techno-commercial aspects. He has significantly contributed in evolution/implementation of transmission systems and islanding schemes. He was involved in power system studies, interactions with CERC regarding free governor operation & frequency control for NPPs. Arun Kumar Singh
He is a graduate in mechanical engineering from BIT Mesra Ranchi and a Former Associate Director (Quality Assurance ), at Nuclear Power Corporation India Limited. He has about 37 years of experience working for operating stations, construction projects, and at NPCIL , Mumbai. George Sebastian
He is a graduate in electrical engineering and former Associate Director of NPCIL. He has undergone one year orientation course by BARC Training School in nuclear science and technology. He has over 35 years’ experience in design of electrical system for nuclear power plants (220MW- 700MW), 220kV and 400kV switchyards, and grid interactions. He has also experience in review of vendor drawings, quality plans and testing of turbo generators (220-700MW), 220kV Transformers and switchyard equipment, 600kVA UPS, Chargers and Batteries etc. Presented a number of papers including that in CBIP, CIGRE and served as a faculty member for training.

Shri Neeraj Agrawal
He is an Electrical Engineer and former Executive Director of NPCIL. Before joining NPCIL, he completed one year orientation course in Instrumentation Engineering from BARC Training School and received Homi Bhabha Award. He has about 38 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Design & Development, Procurement, Testing, Installation and commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation systems for Nuclear Power Plants. His areas of expertise include Nuclear Power Plant safety, Digital C&I systems, Software verification & validation, Human machine interface, control room design, cyber security, Nuclear and turbine island engineering, IT systems and simulators. He is credited with development of state of art field instruments, Hardware & software for Digital Control Systems (DCS). He is an active senior member of ISA. His contribution has been recognised by many national and international organisations. He has held positions of Member of Board of Directors of ECIL and Chairman of Board of Directors of “NPCIL-Indianoil Nuclear Energy Corporation Ltd”.

Smt Rajee Guptan
He is an Electrical Engineer and former Executive Director of NPCIL. Before joining NPCIL she had undergone one year special training in nuclear science and Technology by BARC Training school. She has vast experience in design, procurement, construction and commissioning of control & instrumentation systems for both Light Water and PHWR type reactors. Since 1997 till 2023, she was involved in Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA). Under her leadership NPCIL has performed Level-1 PSA for internal events, External events ie Fire, Flood, Seismic and Shut down PSA and also Level-2 PSA for Indian PHWRs. She has also developed procedures for training the control room operators on Simulator for multiple failure scenario utilizing these PSA studies. As the chairperson of Operating Plant and Projects Safety Review committee, she was responsible for the review and clearance of designs of Operating plants and projects. She has been the Chairperson of Prevention and Protection of Sexual Harassment at work place at NPCIL. She has many Technical papers and articles published in IEEE and ASME Journals on PSA.

Jagdish Kumar Saraogi
He is a mechanical engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani. After his graduation in engineering, he has undergone one-year special training in nuclear science and technology by BARC Training School. He is former Associate Director (Light water systems), Associate Director (Design coordination & consultancy works) of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. He has many years of experience in design and engineering of reactor process systems and preparation of specifications for process systems equipment, review of project construction documents, manufacturer’s drawings and documents. He was involved in review of technical inputs for Nuclear Island mega EPC Package for Kaiga -5&6 project. He was Head, Field Engineering Group at KAPP-3&4 (2X700 MW) and involved in resolution of all engineering issues that emerged during construction.
